TNR for Taylorsville Cats

Posted by Cathy on February 8, 2011 at 12:23 PM

This story is definitely worth sharing! I am so happy that the mayor of Taylorsville, KY is addressing the town's unowned cat overpopulation problem through trap-neuter-return (TNR). TNR is an effective and humane way to stabilize a cat colony. And guess what, TNR is also one very important step towards No Kill

Way to go, Mayor Don Pay! And a big thanks to Alley Cat Advocates, based here in Louisville, for making it all possible.

My daughter lives in spencer co. and she has found a kitten about 3 months it is a female and she needs to get it spayed so she can keep it. A friend of mine told me about this place. Could you send me information on how to get her kitten spayed.
Thank you,
Rockie

Hi Rockie,

There are many low-cost options in the Greater Louisville area for spay/neuter. You can view a list here on our website to find the most suitable option for your daughter's kitten: http://www.nokill-louisville.com/spayneuter.htm
