We envision our community as a place where no adoptable pet or feral cat is killed, regardless of resources, economics, or politics.

"What's your favorite thing about being a foster parent?"

Why Fostering is Important
Fostering even one animal saves the lives of multiple animals. Whether you foster one dog, cat, or rabbit, or an entire litter of animals, you improve or sustain the health of the animal, keep it from getting stressed, free up space at the shelter, and increase its adoptability by learning what makes it an individual.

If a foster has been found for a particular animal,
please consider asking if there is another pet in need by emailing
Adopt@nokill-louisville.com

There are PLENTY of other animals that need your help!!'
